5 months old baby not eating well.

My 5 months baby boy refuses to eat. He sleeps well and i try to feed with formula. At first i have to trick him with different types of sounds or by showing toys in order for the baby to take the bottle.. Most of the time he eats 2-3 oz but then pushes the bottle out or closes his lips. I burp him and then try again with different tricks until he takes the bottle again..
While i try to feed him my husband tricks him with his cellphone lights or sounds and that is how we entertain the baby so he can drink his milk.
Sometimes it take us 30 mins to an hour to feed him 4 oz of formula.
I do not know if this is normal but many people believes he is teething..
He turns 5 months today and weights 15 lbs. He is 26 inches long.
