my 9 months old baby is also not interested in taking any kind of food. sometimes i get angry but thats not the solution. today i went to meet a doctor and he asked for some blood and urine test,and also said that she is having throat infection.

Hi there. I wouldn't worry. My daughter is 7.5 months and doesn't each much either. She is breastfed around the clock (yes, she wakes up every 3-4 hours at night. Argh!). I figured the reason she has a poor appetite for food is because she is having so much milk. I think the same applies for your son. I wonder if you cut back slightly on the formula amount u are giving him, if his appetite would pick up? Best wishes. And remember the saying "food for fun before one". As he is under one year, food isn't the be all end all. In some cultures they provide breastmilk exclusively until one yrs old. I am by no means a doctor, so ask your GP if you have continual problems :)
