I really do appreciate all the advice I am getting on this site. It is helping me streamline my questions for when I next plan future for my family
ITC (Instrumental trans-communication) and EVP (Electronic voice phenomenon): ITC refers to the technique of contacting spirits using any electronic device. Several cases of pictures of ghosts appearing on television screens or computer monitors have been reported. People have received phone calls from the dead persons.
Parapsychologist Scott Rogo and Raymond Bayliss spent two years investigating and wrote a book about phone calls from the dead. Fax messages have been received from dead people.
One researcher in the field of paranormal investigation set up a dedicated phone line and requested the company to monitor and trace all the calls to that number for a period of two months.
During that period he received four calls but the company reported that no calls were made to that number during that period. In one instance the spirit calling a person told him about calls made to other people which were verified.
George Meek, the Founder of Metascience Foundation and Bill O'Neil started a project called Spiricom (short form for spirit communication) to communicate with the souls of dead people. Using special equipment they succeeded in recording spirit voices which responded to specific questions.
They could record more than 20 hours of dialog between 1979 and 1982. George Meek set up his own lab to do research to prove the existence of soul. After much research he says “it can now be said with certainty that our mind, memory, personality and soul will survive physical death.” He also published a book about life after death.
Ken Webster received several messages on his computer from a person called Thomas Harden who claimed to have lived four centuries earlier in the same house. The messages contained details of Harden’s personal life and many facts about the life of that era which were found to be correct after research.
Klaus Schreiber used to see many spirit images on his TV set including those of some dead family members. He would aim a camera at the TV screen and then feed the output of the camera back into the TV. The spirit faces would gradually form on the TV screen.
Fritz Malkhoff and Adolf Homes conducted several ITC experiments. They recorded spirit voices and received phone calls from dead people. They would also receive answers to questions on a computer screen. They received pictures of the spirit world and a photograph of Friedrich Juergenson who had died by that time.
Mark Macy and his friends started a project called International Network for Instrumental Transcommunication (INIT) in the year 1995. They received many phone calls from dead people. They also received pictures and messages through their computers. Many ITC researchers after their death have contacted other researchers and guided them in research.
EVP refers to voices resembling human voices heard while listening to some recorded material but whose origin is unknown. Thomas Alva Edison tried to design a machine to communicate with spirits of dead people but died before he could succeed.
Before the start of World War 2 some Scandinavian pilots heard some strange voices on their frequencies. They thought those voices were due to transmission by German soldiers. But investigation ruled out this possibility.
Marcello Bacci from Italy succeeded in recording spirit voices using vacuum tube radio. Many people visited his lab and could hear the voices of their dead relatives through the radio of Bacci.
In Italy two catholic priests Father Pellegrino Ernetti and Father Agostino Gemelli were recording some chants. When they had some technical problem which they could not fix Father Gemelli just prayed to his dead father.
The priests were surprised when they heard the dead man’s voice on the recorder saying he would help his son. When they repeated the experiment the dead man addressed Father Gemelli as Zucchini which was a nickname not known to anyone else.
Friedrich Jurgenson was a documentary film producer. He was recording birdsong at night in the woods near his home in Mölnbo, Sweden for a documentary film he was making. While listening to the recordings he heard a male voice talking in Norwegian about the behavior of birds. He simply assumed that the recorder had picked up some radio transmission
He continued with his recordings. He was taken aback when listening to one of the recordings he heard the voice of his dead mother calling him by his nickname. He later succeeded in recording the voices of many of his dead relatives and friends some of them even responding to specific questions.
He published his findings about EVP in a book. Dr Konstantin Raudive met Jurgenson and continued research into this phenomenon. Thousands of voices have been recorded by him and other scientists in several countries. Raudive published a book based on seventy two thousand EVP voices he had recorded.
Raudive has communicated with many scientists after his death. Some studies on EVP have been conducted under strict conditions inside sound-proof rooms and ruling out any radio transmission as a source of the voices.
The American Association of Electronic Voice Phenomenon (AAEVP) was started by Sarah Estep in 1982. It is continuing research in the field of EVP and is an international organization with members from many countries.
On a positive note it has been really good for me to read your posts, it is good to know that other people are in the same boat and also to read lots of positive posts from other people. I do feel more positive now than I have done which I think can only help me on the road to getting better.
I was glad to find this site. Gave me insight to my tremors and things that go along with it. Learned new information.
