For the last 4 days my baby is not eating anything

For the last 4 days my baby is not eating anything not a single drop of water.We forcefully feed her some water and because of that she urinates once a day.Now the situation has become worse that we are giving saline water through pipe.She lost more than 1 kg within these days.

She is 11 months old and very active compared to other child at her age. Even before we have to spend lots of time to feed her.Please advice what should we do and suggest the probable reason behind this.Is there any internal problem which makes her stop taking food ?
