will not talk to me or answer e-mails.

My daughter was born in California, She is 16 1/2 and pregnant, 20 weeks.
An absolute transformation took place when her mother and step father moved her to south Carolina.Grades fell so badly she was not allowed to attend school, she now is trying to get an education over the internet.While in Ca. all these years she always got A & b grades. She spent a lot of time with me, She was a daddys girl.
Now she will not answer heartfelt e-mails, makes no attempt to call me at all and will not include me in her life.
I do not understand this as i have always been close to her and always supported her very well, was always there for her.
I have elected to take the high road through this and always offer help and support, words of wisdom and she will not respond to me.
What am i doing wrong?, is there anyone who understands this and can offer help?
